Community Chaplains serve the community at the request and the direction of the Public Safety Chaplains. Community Chaplains will initiate on going follow up with community members who have experienced traumatic incidents. Community Chaplains will also assist with any disaster services when needed.
Qualified, Community Chaplain, candidates have to be endorsed by their church leadership where they are serving and must also pass a background and reference check.
